Col. Todd R. Stratton

Col Todd R. Stratton is the Director, Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER) Forward with duty location at Fort Meade, Md.  Colonel Stratton is responsible to the Commander for providing combatant commanders with trained and ready cyber forces which plan and conduct cyberspace operations.  He is also the AFCYBER commander’s primary liaison and personal representative to the U.S. Cyber Command and also supports AFCYBER operational activities with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Director of National Intelligence, Central Intelligence Agency and other National Capitol Region cyber stakeholders.

Col Stratton was commissioned in 1994 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy.  Prior to his current assignment, Col Stratton was the 39th Mission Support Group Commander, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey
